In general, Wotan does not collect information which we do not have a specific need for; the information we do collect is used for purposes of improving our services and improving our marketing.

Examples of "personal, identifying information" would include your email address and billing information.

If you close your account, we will purge your information from our systems. It is possible that certain traces of your information will remain, either in encrypted archived copies of our database, or in the workspaces of other users. We will make all reasonable efforts to remove this information, consistent with not damaging the integrity of our backups or the user experience of our other customers.

Wotan may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to your primary email address, or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
